Practice Concentration & Experience
Mr. Hutson attended Lamar University where he received his Bachelors degree in 1987. He earned his Masters from Texas A&M University in 1990 and received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996.

Mr. Hutson is admitted to the Texas Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and U.S. District Court, Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of Texas. His practice areas concern general civil litigation, toxic tort, and personal injury. He has also handled several state and federal appellate matters at the intermediate appellate court level, as well as in the Supreme Court of Texas. Preston is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association.
