Practice Concentration & Experience
Ms. Cully specializes in medical malpractice litigation and has successfully represented physicians, hospitals, dentists, nurses, and independent practice associations in medical malpractice litigation. She also has experience with complex multi-party litigation, and handles all aspects of litigation, including, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, settlement analysis, trial preparation and appeals. Ms. Cully has also participated in the representation of physicians before the Texas Medical Board in disciplinary investigations.

Ms. Cully has successfully filed and defended multiple appeals to various State Courts. She has successfully defended and filed appeals related to expert reports under 4590(i) and Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and has also successfully defended appeals related to employment issues.

Ms. Cully received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1996. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in May, 1999. From 1998 to 1999 she was a visiting student at Washington University Law School. After graduation from law school, she remained in St. Louis, MO and was employed at Evans & Dixon, L.L.C. representing employers in worker's compensation cases.

Ms. Cully is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts and the US District Court, Eastern District of Texas. She is also licensed to practice in all State Courts in Missouri.
