Practice Concentration & Experience
Mr. Kacal's practice includes toxic torts, product's liability, and premises liability with special emphasis on mass toxic tort litigation. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, both from the defense and plaintiff's perspective. He has represented E.I. Dupont de Nemours and Company, The Dow Chemical Company, PPG Industries, Inc. and ACandS, Inc. among other clients.

Mr. Kacal received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University and earned his law degree from the University of Houston. Immediately upon graduation, Mr. Kacal went into the U.S. Army, obtaining the rank of captain. Following his service, he went to work for Texaco for a short time prior to being hired by Bob Dunn to work with him at Wyckoff, Russell, Dunn & Frazier, P.C.

Mr. Kacal has been admitted to practice in the State of Texas, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
